It's (usually) more complicated than that.

Are you a tea or coffee person? Or something else?
Definitely tea. Coffee smells wonderful, but tastes vile.
I like both. These days I am a coffee every day person, sometimes twice a day. I also very much like chai, and herbal teas.
Sometimes I like Coke for caffeine purposes. I try to get the Mexican kind with sugar instead of HFCS. I like sweet ice tea, and I really like Snapple peach flavor.
I love fancy coffee, and there are two awesome local coffeeshops in town, which is good for my desire to leave the house even on bad days, but less good for the household budget. It’s pumpkin latte time, hooray!
…and I just tried to post that as chris the cynic because someone didn’t log off my computer after visiting over the weekend.
Hope your dress-rehearsal for school is going well, Chris!
Also, adorable otters:
Both. Coffee (two big mugs) for breakfast and tea the rest of the day.
I generally don’t drink hot drinks. I’ll drink tea if I’m at a Chinese or Japanese restaurant, but that’s about the only time. My go-to morning drink is chocolate milk.
Oh yes, the peach Snapple is excellent. I also like Gold Peak, both the unsweetened and sweet black iced teas.
Hot teas I like: Wissotsky’s Nana tea (a black/mint blend), any Earl Grey (especially with a splash of milk or soy milk), Bigelow’s Pomegranate Green (which is one of the few teas I like as much unsweet as sweet).
Oooooh, chocolate milk. Truly the nectar of the gods. (Or perhaps the Cosmic Cow.)
Coca-cola. The Mexican kind, if I can get it.
I really like how coffee smells, and I like ice tea, but I’m not really a hot drink person.
Tea, so much tea. Mainly black tea, with lots of sugar and milk, although I also like fruit herbal tea with sugar. I very much enjoy the smell of coffee, but despise the flavor of it. I hate bitter things in general though, so it’s not really surprising.
