    • I wrote a shorter explanation of the giant plot hole in the Avengers since it came up in conversation at Ana Mardoll’s.
    • I vaguely remember from my knowledge of Roman history that when an army made a permanent camp, Roman civilization came to it without them having to ask, and one of the first things to be set up were brothels since the prostitutes basically marched with the army wherever it went (following their clientele.)  What I don’t remember is the usual order of everything else.  So I asked about that.  When the army sets up camp, who/what shows up, and when?
    • And, finally, (trigger warnings: police being called as means of harassment, potentially deadly situations, home invasion, having one’s child taken away) after helping my sister try to pick up the farm because she hopes that by looking as good as possible she will avoid victim blaming in the legal and media battles to come, I came home exhausted, passed my bed time, and possibly not thinking straight.  I wrote a poem about the whole thing.
